K・元美津 (K. Motomitsu, 1935-96), real name Katsuyo Motomizu (本水克世)
He was active as a mangaka, editor, and scriptwriter. He debuted in 1957 in rental manga and was associated with the gekiga movement, contributing to publications like Kage and participating in the Gekiga Kōbō group.

He later worked with Saitō Takao’s production company and even wrote screenplays, including for the Golgo 13 movie.
