HABU Goes Forth! follows Habu, a young dragon-man and royal prince from the Dragon World.
Because of his immaturity, he is banished by his father and sent to the human world, where most of his dragon powers are sealed. He is then forced to survive while creatures from the demon and monster realms pursue him.

The series combines erotic horror, supernatural fantasy, monsters, violence and grotesque imagery, making it a very characteristic example of Toshio Maeda’s late-1980s work.

Toshio Maeda is one of the defining names in Japanese erotic manga and is internationally known for Urotsukidōji, La Blue Girl, Adventure KiD, Demon Beast Invasion and HABU Goes Forth! His work played an important role in shaping the international image of Japanese erotic horror manga during the late 1980s and 1990s.
